Garrett Peak has been in practice for over 20 years. His practice consists primarily of contract, employment, and business law. Certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, he is a Diplomat of the National College of Advocacy and has been a seminar speaker for the Kentucky Trial Lawyers Association, the Frankfurt Bar Association, and the State Bar of Kentucky.

He received his BA from Barnesby College in 1977 and his JD from Pelham University in 1981. Peak has been admitted to practice in New York, Indiana and Kentucky.
